How We’re Different
Every Client, Every Month™
We make sure clients are informed via phone call, email, face-to-face meetings, monthly statements, performance reports and sharing documents in our secure internet “vault” that we set up for each client.
No formal commitment
A client can’t be sure what the service will look like because most investment firms don’t define when and how to reach out to clients.
Coordination with your CPA
We believe the tax strategy is just as important as the investment management so we offer to provide your CPA your tax documents and meet with them for a tax strategy session at least once per year.
Little or no CPA interaction
The typical investment firm does not require their financial advisors to work closely with the tax advisor because their culture suggests that investing is more important than tax strategy.
Annual Review
We insist on meeting annually to review your plans, performance, and your evaluation of our services. We always create, share, and store the notes from these meetings for you.
No formal service commitment
Most investment firms don’t commit to a review schedule and certainly don’t provide in writing the notes from the discussion so that they can be held accountable to the decisions made.
Excellent Credentials
Every advisor is a Certified Financial Planner and/or has multiple designations indicating investing expertise. We are proud of our accomplishments and invite you to learn more about our team.
The Occasional Accolade
Brokerage firms focus on sales training rather than investment acumen because the system is set up so that the firm’s advisory force serves the main function of product distribution.
Highest legal standard of care
Please take a glance at our firm’s values which align with our “fiduciary” standard, the highest legal standard of client care in the industry requiring strict attention to fees and more.
As long as it’s suitable
The typical Wall Street firm is held to a “suitability” standard which means the products they suggest to clients can have very high fees as long as the investment is otherwise suitable.
Personalized Referral Service
When you need an introduction to a diamond expert, a commercial real estate agent, a personal shopper, an excellent dog groomer, the list goes on…we put our vast network at your disposal.
No referral services
Most firms don’t typically expect their advisors to offer a personalized referral service to their clients.
Meaningful monthly contact
We do not engage in mass communication to clients. While we often recognize important life milestones like birthdays and anniversaries, that does not substitute as “client communication.”
“I just get a birthday card”
Because most investment firms don’t define when and how to reach out to clients, it’s very common that a holiday card and a birthday email are the only communication a client may receive each year.
Concierge Offering
Let us know ahead of time and we’ll be glad to offer research for your travel plans or other special requirements.
No travel assistance
Most investment firms do not offer travel assistance for their clients because they recognize that their advisory force doesn’t have the depth of relationship to properly connect those dots.
Online System and Statement Training
After we’re hired, we are glad to visit your home or office to help with using the online system. We’ll also help you organize and clarify any investment-related mail you’ve recently received.
No training for clients
Because most investment firms don’t define what to educate clients about, it’s very common that clients don’t get to utilize their statements and online access to the fullest.
Expert Documentation Provided
Before we’re hired, we’re glad to provide a list of references as well as an example of our Annual Review Agenda so that clients can be comfortable they’re making the right decision.
Lack of transparency
Without a list of references, one must conclude that no one will recommend the typical investment firm. Without an example Annual Review Agenda, one must presume the service is not very disciplined.
Registered Investment Advisor
Manske Wealth Management is a Registered Investment Advisor focused only on financial planning and investing. We’re experts in our field and we work well with our clients’ advisors in other disciplines.
Jack of all trades, master of none
When your advisory team offers mortgages, credit cards, business loans, tax advice, insurance policies, and estate planning, you can be sure they are not at the top of their craft in investing.
Secure Electronic Vault
Cyber-security is an important part of money management, and we provide each client a complimentary, highly secure internet “vault” to store sensitive documents and communicate with us.
No secure vault
Other firms expect clients to find and purchase a third-party electronic vault to store their sensitive documents.
Clean record
We are proud to provide a topnotch service that exceeds the expectations of our clients. Our legal history is completely clean and always available online for public viewing.
Lawsuits, complaints, and disclosures
In an environment where the client doesn’t get heard, lawsuits, complaints, and license disclosures are common. Always look up an advisor’s legal history before working with him/her.
Independence
We collect our pay only from the client. We do not directly hold client funds nor do we represent a particular institution/product which allows us to maintain strict independence for the client’s benefit.
Wall Street comes first
When your advisor works for the firm that holds your money, there’s an inherent conflict. You must always ask yourself, “Is their advice in my best interest or does it really benefit the investment house?”
At least 10 years before we retire
The most important financial goals are often many years away. Our advisors accepting new clients have at least ten years before they retire so clients can know the necessary continuity will be in place.
Close to retirement
If your advisor is nearly the same age as you, you both might hit retirement age at the same time. When you need that investment advisor’s guidance the most, he/she might be on their way out.
Individual portfolio design
We create individualized financial models for each client and uniquely manage their money to accomplish their personal goals.
“Cookie cutter” portfolios
They need to know how you feel about risk to know what model to sell you. Your investments might feel good but, lumped in with everyone else, you might not be on track for your specific goals.
Our Team
Our Values
Integrity
Integrity speaks of honesty in all we do. It's not just our actions that regulators and clients can see… we do what's right even when no one would know.
Commit to Serve
We make and keep specific commitments to our clients and each other. We create trust by working diligently to meet the deadlines we've created.
Clients First
Manske Wealth Management has a legal, fiduciary requirement to put the client's best interest first.
Teamwork
We use unique, disciplined programs to keep our clients’ other advisors, such as CPAs and attorneys, fully informed and focused on the client.
Discipline
Manske Wealth Management employs a sophisticated regimen to ensure the highest quality work on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
Our logo
In our company logo, two letter M’s stand side by side holding up a red letter W. This signifies that the burden of communication and education about our client’s financial lives rests on our shoulders, where it belongs.
Hidden inside is an arrow pointing upward signifying progression, profits, and precision; the arrow is hidden suggesting a humility that contrasts with the rest of Wall Street where the majority of attention is given to only the most wealthy clients. The two letter M’s share a leg because all of us at Manske Wealth work as a team, sharing in each other’s victories and mistakes.
It’s this teamwork that acts as the main column supporting our overall mission: To continually earn the trust of clients by providing disciplined communication and sophisticated wealth management solutions in an environment that offers hard-working employees meaningful, life-long careers focused on honorable financial service.
Our Mantra
Every Client, Every Month™ really sets Manske Wealth Management apart from the typical investment offering.
We make sure clients are informed via email, phone call, face-to-face meetings, monthly statements, performance reports and sharing documents in our secure internet “vault” that we set up for each client. While we send personal cards and gifts for special occasions, we never consider that part of our professional contact. We rarely use mass mail newsletters or firm-wide “company updates,” and when we do it’s not part of our professional obligation to keep our clients informed. Every Client, Every Month™ is our systemic dedication to knowing each client and making sure each client sees how their investment goals will be accomplished.
Our Services
Manske Wealth Management offers investment advice and financial planning with a primary focus on monthly client communication.
We work diligently to help clients minimize taxes, increase net worth over time, and provide a secure retirement. What sets Manske Wealth apart from the rest of Wall Street is the team’s systemic dedication to staying in touch with our clients and keeping their other advisors informed. The firm works closely with other professionals, including accountants and attorneys, to achieve the client’s total wealth management goals. Over the years, Christopher Manske and his formidable team have become well-known for the slogan by which they organize everything in their professional lives: Every Client, Every Month™.
We offer specialized and unique services to CPAs, attorneys, consultants, business owners, executives, and energy professionals. More generally, much of the work we do is for “windfall” scenarios in which a sizeable sum is suddenly available to the client. These situations include: life insurance received after a death; lawsuit/divorce settlements: cash value created by an IPO; consolidations at retirement; inheritance; sale of a business; and most commonly, after a job change, we assist with the client’s previous 401k. We’ve found people experiencing these windfalls really appreciate our introduction because they have an immediate need for investment advice, especially if they were not already comfortable with seven figure portfolios. Please let us know if you have further questions about our services by clicking here – we’re happy to be of service.
